One of My Fixtures Isn't in the SoundSwitch Library...Help!

If your lighting fixture is not listed in the SoundSwitch Fixture Library, you have two options:


1. Request a Fixture Profile: You can contact the SoundSwitch team and ask them to create a profile for your fixture. To do this, send an email to support@soundswitch.com and make sure to include the complete fixture manual, including the cover page.


Please note: Your submission MUST include the entire user manual, cover page included, for the fixture request to be processed.


2. Create Your Own Fixture Profile: Alternatively, you can create a fixture profile yourself using the SoundSwitch Fixture Manager. There's a guide available for this process, which you can check out for more information.

Please note: When you request a fixture to be added to the library, it typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks to process your request. The time required may vary depending on the number of requests they have to handle.


Note: Starting from October 1st, 2023, if you want to use any new lighting fixtures added to the SoundSwitch Fixture Library by the SoundSwitch team, you must have SoundSwitch version 2.8.1 or a newer version installed. 


If you have an older version of SoundSwitch (anything before 2.8.1), it will not support any new fixtures added to the library.
